Tours and Events

Tour the Wolf Sanctuary of Pennsylvania

Our tours are walking tours.

They last about an hour sometimes a little longer depending on group size and curiosity. All tours start with an introduction of how the sanctuary was formed and a wide variety of wolf facts. Your guide will then take you from one pack to the next introducing you to our wolves and answering questions as they are asked.

The wolves are outside, so you will be outside too. This is not a power walk, but more of a leisurely walk from pack to pack. The trails are natural grass, stones and dirt (sometimes mud). For the most part your tour takes place on terrain that is flat but not even (kinda like the grassy area in a public park). The last part of your tour is up a hill. Please wear appropriate walking shoes and enjoy the tour!

  • Your pets are NOT allowed to wait in the car or go with you on the tour.
  • Do not bring your pets with you to any tour or event functions.
  • No reservation is needed for the Saturday and Sunday public tours
  • Saturday and Sunday tours: you MUST arrive at least thirty (30) minutes before the tour time. THE GATE WILL CLOSE PROMPTLY at 12:00 noon
  • Tuesday and Thursday: Reservation required, PLEASE contact us
