The more information we have, the better we may be able to advise you in order to get your animal the help they need as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to take all rescues here at Wolf Sanctuary of PA and completion of this questionnaire does not in any way guarantee placement at our facility, but rest assured that we will do our best to provide information to those that may be able to help with placement if we are unable to take the animal. Your information on this questionnaire may be shared with W.O.L.F. in Colorado so that they may assist in finding the best option for your wolf or wolfdog.
