Thank you for your interest in becoming an art vendor at our Wolf Awareness Day Fundraiser!

Wolf Awareness Day will be held on Saturday October 18, 2025 from 11AM to 3PM (admission ends at 2PM). If you are interested in attending, please complete this application and submit your application fee. Once we receive your application and fee will followup with a vendor agreement which is required to secure your space. Thank you!

Held at Wolf Sanctuary of PA, 465 Speedwell Forge Rd, Lititz, PA 17543

This fundraiser benefits Wolf Sanctuary of PA, a non-profit organization 501 c(3). For more information about the sanctuary visit our website. In addition to artists and musicians, the fundraiser features live music, activities for kids, educational tours of the sanctuary, and food trucks. The site is a level, grassed green situated between the sanctuary grounds and the Speedwell Forge B&B. The wolves are within walking and hearing distance, just beyond the sanctuary information center. Patron parking is nearby on-site, though you will not be able to park at your table.

SPACE: Each space is 12 ft. wide by 10 ft deep. All spaces are outdoors. Each exhibitor will provide his or her own display items, including tables and chairs. It is recommended that exhibitors provide some means of sun shading for the exhibit space. Each exhibitor is responsible for assembling, managing, and removing their exhibit, and for any loss, breakage, or personal injury within the exhibit.
There are no electrical hook-ups for exhibition spaces. NO RAIN DATE!

SALES TAX: Pennsylvania law requires each exhibitor to have a Pennsylvania sales tax number, and to collect taxes on all items sold.

APPLICATION: To apply to be an exhibitor, apply online. Applications must be received by October 3, 2025 to be accepted. Wolf Sanctuary of PA reserves the right to deny any application.We will notify applicants as to whether they are accepted as soon as possible. Notification will be sent by email unless otherwise requested by the applicant.

REFUNDS: Full refunds will be made to rejected applicants. In the rare event the festival is canceled, full refunds will be made to all applicants. Vendors who wish to withdraw from the event must do so by contacting us on or before October 8th in order to obtain a refund. No Refunds for no-shows or those leaving the festival early.
